The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Permanently Related To The Ground, Including:- Play Sets/Devices, Such As: Sandpit, House With A Slide, Rocking, Swings, Manipulation Boards,- Safe Surfaces (Shock-Absorbing Falls),- Equipment Ensuring Shading (Sunscreen Sails), 2) Supply And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, Supply And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture, Supply And Assembly Including, Among Others: Benches, Garbage Bins, 3) Supply Of Equipment Not Permanently Related To The Ground, In Particular: Riding, Sets Of Sand Toys; 4) Organizing And Financing A Control Review Of The Technical Playground, Carried Out By An Independent, Authorized Certification Unit, 5) Preparation And Ordering Of The Area Necessary For The Correct Installation Of Equipment And The Surface And Cleaning The Area After Completing The Area Works. All Equipment And Elements Of The Playground Equipment Must:-Safety Requirements In Accordance With The Current Standards:-Pn-En 1176-1: 2017-Equipment Of Playgrounds And Surfaces-Part 1: General Safety Requirements,-Pn-En 1176-10: 2020-Additional Safety Requirements For Fully Enclosed Play Equipment,-Pn-En 1177: 2019-Shooks Shooks -Safety Requirements And Research Methods,-Get Certificates Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Standards And Hygienic Approval Of Pzh,-To Be Intended For Children Of Nursery Age (0-3 Years),-Be Made Of Non-Toxic Materials, Resistant To Weather Conditions (Moisture, Uv Radiation, Temperature Changes), Safe To Use By Children-I.E. Without Sharp Edges And Containing Only Dyes Allowed For Contact With Children,-Meet The Requirements: 2009/48/Ec (Directive On The Safety Of Toys), En 71 Standards, Parts 1-3 (Regarding Mechanical And Physical Safety, Flammability And Migration Of Chemical Elements),- Have Ce Marking, Confirming Compliance With The Abovementioned By The Provisions. The Contractor, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Obtain And Provide The Employer With A Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Installed Equipment Of The Playground With Applicable Pn-En 1176 And/Or Pn-En 1177 Standards, Issued By An Independent Certification Unit. The Emergency Person Requires The Contractor To Grant 36 Months Of Warranty And Warranty. Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract.
