    1. Purchase And Delivery Of A License Extension By An Additional 100 Agents Together With Technical Support For It Resource Management Software For The University Of Opole. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1.1 To Swz. 3. The Contractor In The Offer Form - In Annex 1 To Swz, Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturer/Software Name/Software Version. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Above Data Specifying The Offered Subject Of The Contract - In A Manner Enabling The Employer To Unambiguous Identification Of The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Procedure Which The Contractor Offers. Brak In The Offer Of Information Enabling The Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Product The Employer Will Consider As A Non -Compliance Of The Offer With The Content Of Swz And Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Act. 4. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract By Means Of Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, With The Proviso That The Employer Will Have Electronic Funds Enabling Their Collection. 5. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is Fourteen [14] Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contract. 6. The Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Point 5 Is The Maximum Date For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, But Not Less Than Two [2] Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contract. Points 19.2.2. Swz Is Used. 7. Licenses Must Be Covered By The Technical Support Of The Manufacturer (Or Authorized Partner) For A Period At Least Equal To The Remaining Period Of Current Main License, Which Is Valid Until 14.07.2026.
