The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids, Specialist Equipment, Equipment And Materials For The School Complex In Szczekociny As Part Of The Szczekocin School Of Dreams Project - Retrofitting The Studio To The Polish Language. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply Of: Exercise Book For Learning Spelling - Pcs. 33 And A Multi -Functional Multimedia Table - Pcs. 12. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Subject Of The Contract. 3. All Teaching Aids, Specialist Equipment, Equipment, Materials And Software Supplied To The Contracting Authority, Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Must Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Must Be Factory -New, Unused, Unregenerated, Complete, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2023, Delivered In The Original Package (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Have The Protection Used By The Manufacturer); 2) Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The So -Called Refurbished; 3) The Software Must Be Unused, Previously Unsatisfied On Another Device, Supplied In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer, Not Burdened With Laws For Third Parties; 4) Software And All Its Media (If They Occur) Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. Originality Of The Programs Provided With The Manufacturer In The Event Of Doubts As To His Legality. 4. All Teaching Aids And Equipment Elements Must Have The Necessary Certificates And Approvals For Use, In Accordance With The Legal Basis: Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport Of 31.12.2002 (Journal Of Laws No. 6, Item 69 Of 2003, As Amended), On Safety And Hygiene In Public And Non -Public Schools And Institutions - § 9 Para. 3: Schools And Institutions Acquire Equipment With Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. Conditions Regarding The Manner Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Contractor Undertakes To Accept The Return And Replacement At His Own Expense Part Or All Of The Delivery, Which Does Not Correspond To The Parameters Specified In Swz And The Contract; 2) To Receive The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Prepare A Detailed List Of Supplied Equipment, In Accordance With The Assortment And Valve Form, Which Will Be An Attachment To The Delivery And Delivery Report. 6. The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Justify Taking Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users. 7.
