Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Comprehensive, Multi-Branch Design Documentation Regarding The Construction, Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Administrative And Office Building Of The Świlcza Commune Office With Adaptation Of Disabled People With Disabilities. Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Building. 2. Design Documentation Should Include All The Work Necessary To Implement The Investment, Including Detailed Technical Analyzes And Preparation Of Documents Required To Obtain A Building Permit. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Multi-Branch Documentation Of The Reconstruction, Expansion And Modernization Of The Building Of The Świlcza Commune Office, Including: 1) Construction Inventory Together With The Inventory Of The Installation; 2) Construction Project, I.E.) Sanitary, Electrical Installations, Including Solarization And Expansion Of Solar Installations, Low-Current Installations, D) All Necessary Studies, Opinions And Design Arrangements (Energy Characteristics, P. Obz., Planevacujacja Etc.); 3) Executive Projects In All Industries, I.E.: A Architectural And Construction, B) Installation (Including Water C.O., Air Conditioning), C) Electrical:- Lighting, 230V Sockets,- Power Supply Of Data Sockets,- Internal Computer Network (Number Of Sockets Rj 45 = 2 X Quantity Of Min. 4W Room),- Expansion Of Low-Current Networks + New Networks Resulting From Arrangements,- Photovoltaic Installation- Extension; 4) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Work. Construction; 5) Fire Scenario With A Control Matrix; 6) Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates; 7) Interior Design Containing The Determination Of The Surface Of All Building Partitions And The Arrangement Of Allmebines; 8) Other Studies Necessary To Perform Projects, The Need For The Result Of The Resulting And Reconciliation Of The Project. 4.
