The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project And Costing Documentation As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled The Adaptation Of The Existing Arrivals As A Luggage Sorting Room At The Zielona Góra - Babimostzamawych Airport Stipulates That The Planned Investment Will Be Implemented Under The Act On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Use Airports. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain Their Acceptance After The Completion Of Individual Stages Of Work. The Acceptance Procedure Includes: 1) The Transfer Of Documents At Least 5 Days Before Accepting Meetings; 2) Participation In Accepting Meetings (Also With The Participation Of Representatives Of The Voivodship Board, Airport Managing Or Persons Indicated By Them) 3) Taking Into Account The Comments From Accepting Meetings. The Scope Of The Subject Of This Agreement Regarding The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation, Which Is The Basis For Issuing A Building Permit Decision (The Subject Scope Of The Contract Does Not Include Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority) Includes In Particular: 1) Updating The Inventory For Design Purposes To The Necessary Extent (Including Photographic Documentation Of The Existing State), Obtaining In Its Own Scope And At Its Own Expense. The Extent Necessary To Develop A Complete Design Documentation, Which Is The Subject Of This Agreement (Including E.G. Maps For Design Purposes), Obtaining All Necessary Deviations From Technical And Construction Provisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Provisions Required By Law; 2) Construction Design And Technical Projects (Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Project) Detailing Corresponding To Executive Projects With All Characteristic Elements, 3) Information On Safety And Health Protection; 4) Technical (General And Detailed) Specifications And Receipt Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Names And Codes Of: Groups, Classes And Categories Of Works Specified In Regulation (Ec) No. 213/2008 Of 28 November 2007. On The Common Order Dictionary; 5) Issues Of Works Of All Industries Covering The Subject Of The Contract And Taking Into Account All The Necessary Activities Resulting From The Need To Secure Work And Other Activities Not Directly Resulting From The Technical Documentation In The Above -Mentioned Scope; 6) Bonuses Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws 2021 Item 2454) .7).
