    Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Local Construction Materials (Long Poles, Short Poles, Timbers, Iron Sheets, Nails, Windows and Doors) for the supply of items listed above for the year 2025-2026. Interested companies should submit the following documents together with their application: 1. Letter of interest 2. Company profile with details of previous engagement of the same business applied for. 3. Valid tax clearance 4. Trading license 5. Certificate of registration/in cooperation. 6. Recommendations from at least two (2) Organizations with evidence of past similar assignment related to what you are applying. 7. Letter of no objection from the local government where you are applying for. Application Requirements: All bids must be stamped and signed by the authorized person. Payment account details including bank name, name of the account owner, account number, account currency. Name of primary contact person, including telephone number and email address. Please submit your application in a sealed envelope, clearly indicating the category number and the description of items you intend to supply.
