The Ministry of Finance, Federal Government of Somalia invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of Diesel and Petrol Fuel (SNA) for a term of 12 months. Bidding will be conducted through the Open International Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement, Concessions and Disposal Act, 23 November 2015 Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30th September, 2025 (11:00 AM Mogadishu Time). Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted for any reason. Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years demonstrating of annual turnover of a minimum $USD 680.000.00 (financial capacity). In the event that audited financial statements have not been prepared by the bidder, the bidder must indicate, in their letter of bid, their annual turnover for each of the last two years and that they do not prepare annual financial statements.
