The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Consulting Services Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act-Exercise Of Construction Supervision And Preparation Of A Report On Conformity Assessment For The Site: “Engineering-Design, Copyright Supervision And Construction Works: Major Overhaul Of The Eastern Sidewalk On Bulgaria Blvd Thirty -Three Levs And Thirty -Three) Levs Without Vat. The Public Procurement Is Financed With Funds From The Budget Of The Municipality Of Harmanli The Deadline For The Execution Of The Contract Is From The Date Of Initiation Of The Execution Of The Contract Until The Completion Of All Undertakes, As Follows: The Deadline For Preparation Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project And A Complex Report - 7 (Seven) Calendar Days From The Delivery Of The Investment Project Of The Site. Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction And Is Up To The Date Of Signing Of A Finding Act For The Adoption Of The Construction, The Form Of The Acd. The Final Report, The Technical Passport - In 7 Calendar Days, After Signing The Act Form 15 And After The Issuance Of Written Opinions From The Specialized Control Bodies On The Lawful Implementation Of The Construction And On Its Willingness, To Prepare And Submit To The Contracting Authority Within The Meaning Of Art. And Comments On The Submitted Documentation Is 3 (Three) Calendar Days From Receiving A Letter With The Described Gaps, Comments And Comments. The Documents.
