    Tenders are invited for Procurement for Supply & Delivery of Desktops, Laptop Computers & Other Accessories 01 Desktop PC - Type III 61 02 Desktop PC - Type V 15 03 Desktop PC - Type I 10 04 Desktop PC - Type II 01 05 Desktop PC - Type IV 25 06 Desktop PC - Type VI 01 07 Laptop PC - Type I 05 08 Laptop PC - Type II 02 09 Laptop PC - Type III 01 10 Hard Disk - 1TB 01 11 Key Board (Professional Video editing PC) 01 12 Mouse (Professional Video editing PC) 01 13 Mouse 04 14 2 TB External SSD 02 15 Computer for Audio Production 01 3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of the written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.9,500/ = . The method of payment will be in cash to the Shroff counter at the UVPA. The document may be purchased until 3.00 p.m. on 17.09.2025. 4. Bids must be delivered in duplicate to the address below at or before 2.30 p.m. on 18.09.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after bid closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. 5. Bid validity period is up to 18.12.2025. 6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs.600,000.00 issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka. Bid security shall be valid until 15.01.2026. 7. The Supplier shall, within fourteen (14) days of the notification of contract award, provide a performance security of Ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price for the performance of the Contract. Performance bond shall be valid until 28 days beyond the intended completion date of the contract.
