    Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Boom Barrier System for Western Entrance Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda A complete set of Bidding Documents (except Section I and III of Volume 1A) in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), C/o The Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 01-09-2025 until 25-09-2025 from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. during a working day upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 3,500.00 (Sri Lankan Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Only). The method of payment will be by Cash or Bank draft drawn in favour of The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), C/o The Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security, of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Thousand (LKR 100,000.00) obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in the form of an unconditional and on demand bond and shall be valid up to 23-01-2026 (119 Days after opening the Bids). Beneficiary of the Bid Security shall be Secretary, Ministry of Defence.
