Tenders are invited for Design and Prepare Technical Building Plans for New and Existing Dispensaries in Mbinga, Songea, Dodoma, Morogoro and Kilimanjaro. The Scope Includes Site Assess-Ments, Concept and Final Designs, Full Engineering Drawings (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing), and Prepara-Tion of Bills of Quantities in Compliance with Tanzanian Health Sector Standards. UMATI DISPENSARY CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION PROJECT UMATI is seeking a qualified and registered architect (firm or individual) to design and prepare technical building plans for new and existing dispensaries in Mbinga, Songea, Dodoma, Morogoro and Kilimanjaro. The scope includes site assess-ments, concept and final designs, full engineering drawings (architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing), and prepara-tion of Bills of Quantities in compliance with Tanzanian health sector standards. Eligible applicants must be registered with the AQRB and demonstrate experience in designing health facilities. Evalua-tion will follow a two-stage process: Technical (80%) and Financial (20%).
