    Tenders are invited for Provision of Amenity Wards in the Hospital. 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS. Interested Companies are to collect tender standard bidding document (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement Unit at Nutrition and Dietetic block of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital at Dawanau, Kano upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10,000.00) per lot, paid into the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Dawanau remita account at any refutable commercial bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial bids with soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger envelope sealed and addressed to the: The Medical Director, Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Dawanau, Katsina Road, Kano. Each envelope should be clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Conference Hall of Nutrition and Dietetic block not later than 10:30am on Monday, 22nd September, 2025.
