    Tenders are invited for Consultancy: Cost- Analysis of Introducing the Electronic Community Health System Scope of Work: The consultant will work with the Senior Technical Advisor, Senior Technical Officer, Finance Staff and other Malaria Consortium as well as Ministry of Health staff as advised, to determine the scope and processes of this analysis. The consultant will ensure sign-off for their work as advised by the Senior Technical Advisor. Key Responsibilities Develop and finalize an analysis protocol outlining methods, data sources, and tools. Map data sources and assess availability. Engage stakeholders (MOH, partners, VHTs) for data collection. Develop and validate data collection tools for cost information. Collect, compile, and analyse cost data from all relevant sources. Conduct cost analysis using appropriate economic evaluation methods. Conduct scenario modelling for scale-up where necessary.
