    Tenders are invited for Consultant for Final Technical Evaluation of the RESAOLAB Project Duration of the assessment The total duration of the evaluation is estimated at three months from November 1, 2025 , which can be divided as follows: · Preparation of the evaluation: project documentation and co-writing of the framework note with the Mérieux Foundation; · Data collection which will include field visits, data analysis and draft of the evaluation report. These results will be presented during the restitution workshop; · Restitution session; · Reporting: drafting the report incorporating comments from the restitution workshop. The consultant must present a detailed timeline in their technical offer. The evaluation will begin upon signature of the contract by the consultant and the Mérieux Foundation. IV-3 Document to be submitted by the consultant To respond to the call for consultancy, the consultant must send: · A technical proposal: · The methodology for evaluating the different aspects of the project, including the questions used to conduct the evaluation, the tools proposed, a timeline and a CV. · A detailed financial proposal (fees, per diems, transport, etc.) including the desired payment method. Interested consulting firms or individual consultants must provide an application demonstrating their skills and qualifications to effectively carry out the mission described in Part III. Financial proposals must not exceed the maximum budget of 60,000 including VAT.
