    Command, Control, Communication Systems - Submission Replacement Language System 2026. With This Tender, The Replacement Of The Language Communication System (Hereinafter Sks) In Use Today Is To Be Evaluated For A Total Of Nine Jobs In The Operations Center Of The Winterthur City Police. Possible Minor Adjustments, Such As Interfacial Adjustments And Customizations, Should Still Be Possible In The Context Of Implementation. The Sks Should Meet The Following Purposes: It Should Enable Emergency Call Telephony, Radio Communication Via Polycom And Business Telephony For The Employees Of The Operations Center. It Must Also Be Able To Work Together With The Existing Operating Control System (Hereinafter Older) Of The Hexagon Company From “Hxgn Oncall Dispatch”. The Necessary Interfaces Are To Be Included In The Offer Price. Furthermore, The Highly Available Operation Must Be Ensured By Redundancies Of The Product. A Detailed List Of The Requirements For All Components Of The System To Be Obtained Can Be Found In The Enclosed Form Equestment And Surcharge Criteria Replacement Language System (2026).
