    Tenders are invited for Capacity Building Training for In-Company Trainers (In-CT), 2nd & 3rd Batch. Closing Date: 28-Sep-2025 The training will be based on Cambodias Standard Training Package (STP) for In-Company Trainers and the ASEAN Guideline for In-Company Trainers, while also incorporating lessons learned from the recently completed first batch. The program consists of 80 hours of instruction delivered through blended and hybrid methods, focusing on four core competencies: job analysis, training preparation, training delivery, and end-of-training assessment. The Capacity Building Program will be delivered in two batches (referred to as the 2nd and 3rd rounds), starting on 13th October and concluding by 28th of December 2025. Further details are provided in Section (2) below. GIZ intends to seek a Cambodian resident consultant(s)/a locally registered consulting firm to award the services/ works described in the enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).
