    Expression of Interest for Focus 5 Tourism Investment Sites Public-Private Partnerships Date Added: September 2, 2025 Deadline: 30/09/2025 Category: Management/Investment Scope The Government seeks credible partners to finance, design, build, operate, and maintain these sites in line with the States Tourism Reset Agenda, ensuring sustainability, community inclusion, and strong return on investment. Eligibility This EOI is open to single firms, consortia, or joint ventures with proven technical experience, financial capacity, and successful track records in tourism, hospitality, real estate, cultural asset management, or related infrastructure.
