Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Anaesthetic Machine with Ventilator Bid Bond: 100000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Regional Directorate of Health Services, Mannar Road, Vavuniya ( T.No: 024-2224865 , FAX -024-2222892) from 01.09.2025 until 14.09.2025 from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000.00 for each category. The method of payment should be by cash. Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Regional Directorate of Health Services, Mannar Road, Vavuniya on or before the closing time of bids 10.00 hrs on 15.09.2025. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the above address given in 2 and inspect the bidding documents at the same place on any working day from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. Pre-bid Conference will be held at Regional Directors Officers, Department of Health Services, Mannar Road, Vavuniya commencing at 10.00 a.m. on 08.09.2025.
