    Sewerage Management Services - Dexploitation Of The Dassaining Collective Service - Hague Pesnel And Lucerne Doutremer Sector. This Market Is A Service Market. Its Purpose Is To Be Lexploitation Of Wastewater Treatment, Discharge And Storage Installations As Well As Collection Networks From The Connected Connections, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. The Community Entrusted Exclusively To The Holder, Under The Conditions Defined By The Specific Administrative And Technical Clauses (Hereinafter Ccatp) The Following Services: - Ensure The Public Service For Collecting And Treatment Of Wastewater To The Length Of The Perimeter. - Operate The Works And Installations Of The Service In Accordance With The Regulations In Force And To Ensure The Operation, The Surveillance, The Lentretian And The Maintenance, And The Renewals; - Regulatory Lautosurveillance Of The Deputation Station, Of The Buffer Basin Located In Lencement Of The Deputration Station, Lifting Stations And Dumping Dumps If Necessary; - Ensure The Dentretian Work Of Pipes And Works; - Keep The Technical Documents Of The Service Up To Date (Inventory, Works Plans, Gis Data From Interventions, Etc.); - Provide The Community With Information And Advice, Opinion And Warnings On All Questions Concerning The Smooth Running Of Lexploitation And Its Overall Quality And For The Development Of Its Renewal And Desension Projects; - Inform The Community And The Services Of Letat In The Event Of A Risk Of The Datenting Of The Functioning Or The Plotation Of The Installations Of The Entrusted Service; - Support The Management Of Rejection Conventions, If Necessary. The Service Provider Will Be Remunerated By The Community
