Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Technical Assistance For The Pristina Youth And Sport Palace Renovation. The Overall Objective Of The Project, Of Which This Ta Contract Will Be A Part, Is To Preserve Prishtina’S “Palace Of Youth And Sports” As A Multi-Functional Sports, Culture And Youth Facility Of National Significance And To Make It Ready To Serve As A Competition And Training Venue For The “Xxi Mediterranean Games- Prishtina 2030”, Which The Republic Of Kosovo* Will Host. The Service Provider Will Undertake A Complete Survey Of The Palace Of Youth And Sports. Secondly, Considering The Results Of The Documentation Of The Existing Condition And Condition Assessments Survey, The Service Provider Will Prepare A Concept Design And A Project Investment Plan Identifying The Next Steps To Implementation. Finally, The Service Provider Will Carry Out A Preliminary Financial Analysis And Risk Assessment Of The Project.
