The overall aim is to strengthen national and subnational capacity to detect, prevent, and respond to infectious disease threats through support for laboratory systems, surveillance, multisectoral coordination, and data use for decision-making. IMPORTANT: Applicants MAY offer a proposal and budget for some or all of the objectives below based on their capabilities and experience. Consortium applications for one or all of the objectives below are not encouraged.
