Tenders are invited for Consultant Services for Senior Advisor for HIV Programming in Namibia. Date of Issue of RFP: Monday, September 2, 2025 Date Proposal Due: Wednesday, September 10, 2025 Method of Submittal: Respond via e-mail with the attached document in MS Word / pdf format. The Consultant agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 365 days from the date specified for the receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in the addendum of the RFP. Scope of Work: 1. Liaise with in country partners and the US Department of State/Namibia to oversee the implementation of the EpiC Namibia workplan. 2. Ensure regular communication with in-country partners, and the U.S. DoS in Namibia, and other key in country stakeholders keeping the EpiC Namibia management team abreast of progress and challenges. 3. Serve as point of contact and interacting independently with field-based colleagues and DoS/Namibia contacts (as required), using judgment to monitor and address issues in a timely manner, and keeping senior project management apprised of activity progress. 4. Represent EpiC and FHI 360 in stakeholder meetings in Namibia, liaising with the key team members to deliver presentations and information as required. Qualifications Extensive experience with PEPFAR and HIV service delivery programs in Namibia Years of experience: 10+ years experience working on US Government-funded projects Language: English (required) Education/Area of specialty: Public health, international development, or related fields Experience in 1) Experience in direct communication and coordination with USAID/missions and Ministries of Health and other government counterparts; 2) working on a global project, with multiple countries; 3) program management, workplanning, budgeting, subaward development and monitoring and/or 4) consulting directly for USG and/ USG prime partners Tender Link : https://solicitations.fhi360.org/ConsultantSolicitation.aspx
