    Natural Gas - Purchase Of Gas Fuel For Facilities Of The Trzebnica Commune, Subordinate Units And Municipal Companies. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Purchase Of High -Mannas Natural Gas For Facilities That Are On The Board Of The Trzebnica Commune, Its Subordinate Units And Companies, With Symbol E, With A Total Estimated Volume During The Delivery Period (+/- 20%) 11 526 420 Kwh, To The Facilities Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of Natural Gas And All Actions And Arrangements From The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller And Effective Start Of Sales Of Gas Fuel. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of A Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party. 3. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Supplied During The Contract, I.E. From 01.12.2025 - 30.11.2027 Is 7 684 280 Kwh, Broken Down Into The Following Tariff Groups For 12 Months: 1.1. - 1 074; 2.1. - 35 539; 3.6. - 252 380; 4 - 471 754; 5.1. - 3 081 393.
