We apologize for delivery and receipt otherwise. 3- The applicant for the competition must visit the General Administration of Equipment and Supplies building in Qurum in Muscat Governorate and bring proof of his authorization from (the company/institution) to purchase the tender booklet. 4- The offer validity period must not be less than (90) days. 5- Priority is given to Omani products. 6- Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, sealed with red wax, and the tender number shall be written on them. The name of the bidder or anything referring to him shall not be written on the envelopes. Otherwise, bids that do not meet the conditions will be rejected. 7- In case of not wishing to submit the tender after receiving the brochure, a written apology must be submitted. 8- The Royal Oman Police is not obligated to award the tender to the lowest bidder. 9- The Royal Oman Police has the right to cancel or re-tender the tender without giving reasons and without the cancellation or re-tendering entailing any financial or legal claims.
