    Tenders are invited for Procurement of Welding Machine and Equipment Bid closing date: Oct 14, 2025 10:30 AM Bid opening date: Oct 14, 2025 10:30 AM Bid document price: 500.00 Birr or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency Bid bond: 800,000.00 Birr or the equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency Region: Amhara 5. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500/ETB five hundred / or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in CPO or through Kombolcha Polytechnic College bank account given below. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 A.M local time on 14 October 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. 7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders or their designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 14 October 2025 at 10:30 A.M Local time. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security ETB 800,000 (ETB Eight Hundred Thousand) or the equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. If the Bank guarantee is issued from banks in other countries other than Ethiopia the guarantee should be counter guaranteed by Ethiopian Commercial Banks.
