Scope Of Work: •Mobilization And Demobilization •Remove Current Coin Operated Or Push Button Shower Controllers And Dispose Offsite •Remove All Solenoids That Are Currently Connected To The Pipes And Dispose Offsite •Re-Connect The Pipes After Removing The Solenoids •Wood Framed Walls: Colour Match And Replace Rfp At Each Shower House On Wall Where The Push Button Mechanisms Are Removed From •Cinder Block Walls: Install Stainless Steel Plate With Supports Where The Push Button Mechanisms Are Removed From •Supply Material, Haul On Site, Relocate And Install Symmons Showeroff 4-420, Symmons Showeroff 4-427-R Shower Limiting Valve Or Equivalent In Each Shower Stall •Connect Each Commercial Grade Mechanical Metering Shower Valve To Existing Plumbing •Cap Or Remove All Pipes No Longer In Use •Clean Up The Site •Once Water Is On In The Shower Houses In The Spring Of 2026, Return To Each Site To Commissioning Valves •Closeout Documentation Information/Pre-Bid Meeting**Mandatory Wed•Sep 17, 2025•9:30 Am (Mt)
