This Agreement Includes The Integral Maintenance Of Various Real Estate. Integral Means For All Disciplines: Construction, Electrical And Climate Technical Installations, Transport And Fall Protection. Divers Are The Type Of Structures, The Existing Components, The Use Of The Structure And The Diversity In Work To Be Carried Out. This Agreement Includes All Structures That Are (Possibly Temporarily) No Longer Used For Achieving Government Goals. The Agreement Relates To Two Managements: Real Estate Management Directorate (Hereinafter: Vb) And Directorate Of Area And Real Estate Development (Hereinafter: Gvo), Together Referred To As The Central Government Real Estate Agency. The Aim Of The Agreement Is To Perform Various Activities For Construction Works Of Utility Buildings, Rental Homes, Lease Farms And Plukze Homes, Which Are Part Of This Agreement. The Work Of The Assignment Consists Of: • Remedying Malfunctions; • Performing Inventories And Inspections Based On The Supervisory Board Method; • Performing Preventive Maintenance And (Legal) Obligations For The Benefit Of, Among Other Things, Architectural, Electrical And Climate-Technical, Transport Technical Installations And Fall Safety Facilities Of The Construction Works That Are Part Of This Agreement. These Activities Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That Safety And Health Are Guaranteed For All Persons In The Relevant Construction Works And The Central Government Real Estate Agency Demonstrably Meets All Legal Frameworks, Such As Inspections And Inspections Of The Installations Of The Construction Works That Form Part Of This Agreement. The Scope Of The Assignment Consists Of Outline: The Scope Of The Agreement Concerns The Inventory Through The Rvbooi Method, Inspecting, Performing Legal Obligations, Remedying Malfunctions And Performing Additional Work (Bkw) To All Building Works In Construction Works That Are Part Of This Agreement.
