    Video-Surveillance System-Evolution And Maintenance In Operational Condition Of The Urban Video Protection System. Lacord-Cadre Will Be Executed By Lemission Of Order Orders. The Services Are Paid By Unit Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Of The Renewal Periods. The Municipality Of Digne-Les-Bains, As A Contracting Authority, Entrusts The Holder Of This Levolution Framework Agreement And The Maintenance In Operational Condition Of Its Urban Video Protection System. The Holder Performs, Under This Framework Agreement, The Services Of: 1) Current Supplies And Installation Of: - Cameras And Accessories, - Equipment Of The Platform For Management, Den Registration And Dexploitation Of Video Flows, - Active Network Equipment. - Integration Equipment, 2) Works Of: - Lénergie Connection, - Telecom Network Links, - Infrastructure And Civil Engineering. 3) Services Of: - Implementation, - Execution Of Orders, - Training, - Deployment Of Fiber Optic Cables In Owf Infrastructure Through Loffre Gc -Blo. 4) Maintaining Operational Condition Of Urban Video And Installations Of Urban Video Protection And Fiber Optic Network Which Are In Service Before The Distribution Of This Framework Agreement As Well As Those Which Are Acquired During The Duration Of The Framework-Frame. The Implementation Services Include Delivery, Installation (Including Work In Height And Lifting Means Payable By The Holder), The Connection, Configuration And Operational Commissioning Of The Hardware And Software Necessary For The Operation Of The Video Protection System, Allowing The Best Possible Performance To Obtain Normal Use Of The Deployed Equipment And The Realization Of The Requested Service. The Installations And The Work Carried Out By The Holder Must Guarantee The Maintenance Of The Aesthetic Quality Of The Sites On Which He Intervenes And Meet The Requirements Of The Territorial Service Of Larchitecture And Heritage
