Refuse And Waste Related Services-The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Real Estate And Uninhabited Real Estate, On Which There Are Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes Located In The Wielowieś Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Real Estate And Uninhabited Real Estate, On Which There Are Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes Located In The Wielowieś Commune. By The Notion Of Real Estate, Inhabited The Contracting Authority Understands: The Real Estate On Which Residents And Real Estate, Referred To In Art. 6J Para. 4 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Collected Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste To Municipal Installations. Pursuant To Art. 6D Para. 4 Point 5 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Of Installations To Which Municipal Waste Will Be Collected From Property Owners. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Directly Or Through Other Waste Waste From Another Or Via Other Waste Collection For The Installation Of Recovery Or Disposal Of Waste, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Methods Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste. The Transfer Of Waste Should Be Confirmed By The Waste Transfer Card Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. General Characteristics Of The Wielowieś Commune In The Context Of Waste Collection And Management: An Estimated Number Of Inhabited Real Estate (Single -Family And Multi -Family Housing): After Analyzing The Declarations And Real Estate For Which The Declaration Has Not Been Submitted, It Is Expected That As Part Of This Order, Waste Will Be Received From About 4,950 People, From 1504 Real Estate, These Numbers May Change During The Order.
