Due To The Budget Available For The Services To Be Awarded, A Financial Upper Limit Contain A Financial Upper Limit, Which The Offers Must Not Exceed. The Applicants Receive A Separate Message As Soon As The General Budget Reservation Has Been Canceled. It Can Be Expected That The Budget Reservation Will Be Lifted Before The End Of The Award Procedure. If The Required Budget Is Not Available In The Planned Amount, The Task Carriers Reserve The Right To Remove The Award Procedure In Accordance With Section 63 (1) Sentence 1 Of The Vgv. The Costs And Expenses Of Applicants In Connection With Their Participation In The Award Procedure Will Not Be Reimbursed In This Case Either.
