Fixing Elements, According To The Model Example Further Specified In This Tender Documentation, Which Forms Annex 5 Of This Tender Documentation, Under The Conditions And In The Deadlines Specified In The Binding Proposal Of The Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex 2 Of This Tender Documentation. The Delivery Also Includes The Delivery Of Related Documentation Enabling The Proper Identification Of Individual Items By The Contracting Authority And The Proper Use Of The Subject Of Performance By The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In The Binding Proposal Of The Framework Agreement, Which Consists Of Annex 2 Of The Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Agreement”). The Contracting Authority Points Out The Supplier Of The Fact That The Tender Documentation Is A Summary Of The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And Not The Final Summary Of All Requirements Arising From Generally Valid Standards. Thus, The Supplier Must Always Follow Not Only The Requirements Contained In The Tender Documentation, But Also The Provisions Of The Relevant Laws, Decrees And Other Binding Standards.
