The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Measuring Stands On Permanent Wheeled Surfaces Located In The Magura National Park Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Improving The Nature Of Nature Protection Ostoi Natura 2000 In The Magura National Park Based On New Monitoring Systems And Data Update From The Area Project Number Fenx.01.05-Iw.01-0046/24 As Part Of The Fenx.01.05. European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027. 1.2. As Part Of The Order, The Stands Will Be Measured On Permanent Wheeled Surfaces, In Accordance With The Statistical And Mathematical Method Of Forest Inventory. The Task Includes Carrying Out Measurements On 744 Rooted, Fixed Wheeled Surfaces, Located In Squares Network (Atpol) With Dimensions Of 500 X 500 M. 1.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Field Work On All Wheeled Areas And To Transfer The Results Of These Works In Paper And Electronic Form In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 1.4. Contract Provisions (Which Is To Be Concluded As A Result Of The Procedure) And In Particular: The Subject Of The Contract; Order Processing Deadline; Remuneration Payment Terms; Permissible Changes To The Provisions Of The Contract And Determining The Terms Of These Changes; Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act; The Amount Of Contractual Penalties And The Total Maximum Height Of Contractual Penalties That The Parties May Claim; Provisions Related To Subcontracting - Specifies Annex No. 2 To Swz - Contract Template
