The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is The Execution Of The Construction Works On The Reclamation Of Cell 1 Of The Regional Waste Management System In The Veliko Turnovo Region, In The Land Of The Village Of Sheremetya, Veliko Turnovo Municipality, And Two Main Stages Are Provided For The Implementation Of The Activities In The Contract - Technical Reclamation And Biological Reclamation. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Technical Reclamation, Including The Following Types Of Works According To A Working Project And An Attached Quantitative Account: Making A Wall Of Gabions; Earthly Works - Re -Deposation; Upper Insulation Screen Consisting Of A Protective Layer Of Geotextile; Drainage Geocomposite For Superficial Waters, Bentonite Waterproofing Membrane; Laying Of Two Layers Of Soil 35 Cm, Such As A Sub -Humming Layer, Laying Of A Humus Layer 30 Cm Thick; Surface Drainage; Peripheral Drainage; Construction Of A Gas Discharge System Consisting Of: Gas Drainage And Gas Wells; Construction Of Monitoring Points; Restore A Service Road. Activity 2. Biological Reclamation, Including The Following Activities: Activities For The Implementation Of Biological Reclamation; Maintenance Care For The Grassland - 1 Year; Maintenance Care For The Grasslands In The 2Nd And 3Rd Years; The Contract Is Considered To Be Fulfilled After The Implemented Cumulative: Activity 1- Technical Reclamation, Commissioning Of The Construction With A Permit For Use And Completed And Adopted Execution Of Activity 2 - Biological Reclamation, Without Releasing The Contractor From The Statutory Guarantee Liability. The Following Activities Include The Following Activities: • Law, Quality And Fixed -Term Execution And Completion Of Construction Provided For In The Approved Investment Project, Including Delivery Of Construction Materials, Provision Of Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Investment Project, In Accordance Mu, All Other Current Normative Documents And The Contract For The Public Procurement; • Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 3 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; • Storage And Submission On Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body Of The Construction Papers, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Construction; • Remediation Of All Defects Found Within The Warranty Period; • Warranty Service Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period; • Fulfillment Of Administrative Requirements In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations; • Others
