    Work Detail

    Construction Works For Sewage Treatment Plants, Purification Plants And Refuse Incination Plants- Execution Contracted Ab04 In Collaboration Regarding Construction And Civil Engineering, Waterworks. The Contract Is Divided Into Two Phases, Phase 1 And Phase 2. Phase 1 Consists Of The Preparation Of Construction Documents And Preparations For Phase 2 With Ab 04 As Contract Terms And Contracted Total Contract Regarding Real Estate Automation With Abt 06 As Contract Terms. During Phase 1, The Detailed Design Of The Clients Appointed Consultant (Wsp Sverige Ab) Is Run And Led. The Contractor Shall Contribute To The Following Documents Being Developed In Phase 1: • Take Part In, Contribute To And Review Professional Buildability Solutions From A Technical And Economic Perspective In Completed Documents • Take Part In, Contribute To And Review Function Descriptions • Take Part In, Contribute And Review Revised Administrative Regulations. Abt 06, As A Contract Terms. The Contractor Switches To Being A General Contractor Responsible For Coordinating His Own Work With Subcontractors, Any Side Contractors And The Client During The Execution Contract. During Phase 2, The Contractor Is Responsible For Developing Construction Documents For Real Estate Automation In Collaboration With The Client And The General Consultant.
