The Subject Of Performance Of This Public Contract Is A Functional Work Consisting In The Implementation Of All Supplies Of Things, Work, Services Related To The Construction Of A Steam -Gas Cycle No. 2 In The United Energy, A.S. The Public Contract Will Have The Character Of A Turnkey Delivery And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data And Information Contained In Detail In The Book A And B Zd. The Basic Scope Of The Work - The Contracting Authority Assumes The Following Basic Scope Of The Work Forming The Public Contract: A. The Processing Of Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Work, In Particular Documentation To The Extent According To Annex No. 8 Of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. B. Possible Demolition And Removal Of Existing Buildings, Networks Or Equipment At The Point Of Implementation, Including The Necessary Relocation Of Existing Buildings, Networks Or Contracting Authorities That Must Not Be Concerned With The Work, All In The Extent Necessary For Work, And C. Accessories And Piping, All According To The Proposal Of The Supplier (Contractor) In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zd, And E. Performing The Modernization Of The Steam Turbine With The Aim Of Increasing Efficiency And F. Performing Related Services Related To Work Such As Coordination Of Work, Insurance, Procuring Decisions Of Administrative Authorities. After The Work Is Done.
