    We Request A Bid For You For The Renovation Contract Of The Three -Story Apartment Building Owned By The Municipality Of Kärkölä In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And The Tender Documents. The Offer Is Drawn Up On An Electronic Contract Offer Form At The Hilma Supplier Portal. The Subscriber Reserves The Right Not To Accept Any Offers. The Agreement Follows The Contract Terms Of Yse 1998 In Construction. A Condition Survey Has Been Carried Out To The Target, Which Detected Microbial Damage Structures And Air Leaks In Structural Connections. The Aim Of The Renovation Project Is To Eliminate The Microbial Damage Identified, To Improve The Air Tightness Of The Structural Connections, And To Limit The Transmission Of Impurities Indoors. The Site Has A Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Center On The Site. Therefore, It Is Particularly Important To Reconcile Work Steps And Schedules With Users. Due To The Nature Of The Site, The Privacy Of Clients And Employees Of The Rehabilitation Center Is A Key Issue In Implementing The Contract. In All His Or Her Activities, The Contractor Must Respect The Privacy Of Clients And Employees Of The Rehabilitation Center. The Contract Is Carried Out On A Floor At A Time. The Contract Begins With Therapy Halls And Then Continues To The Staffs Living Space. The Plant Will Remain In Operation Throughout The Contract, Which Requires Careful And Safe Work. The Date Is Only An Estimate And Does Not Bind The Subscriber. The Final Completion Date Is Defined In The Contract Agreement. Work Must Be Performed Continuously. The Contractor Shall, In Its Tender, State The Preliminary Time For The Start And Termination Of The Work. The Implementation Schedule And Contract Time Will Be Refined In The Contract Negotiations.
