    The Ministry Of Defense Announces A Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement On The Grounds Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 And Para. 2, Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 1, Letter B, Art. 73, Para. 1, Art. 81, Para. 1 And Art. 82, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Public Procurement Includes The Conclusion Of Framework Agreements With One Contractor For A Period Of 24 (Twenty -Four) Months, For Delivery Of Shoes Flying In 2 (Two) Lots As Follows: 1. Lot # 1 Delivery Of Shoes Flying Black Facial Skin, Quantity - 1 250 Pairs, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification, Ts 71.4913.24; 2. Lot 2 Delivery Of Leather And Textile Shoes, Quantity - 1254 Pairs, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Technical Specification, Ts 71.4999.25. The Quantities Indicated For Each Of The Lots Are Forecast. Delivery For The Products On The Separate Positions Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Claimed With Specific Quantities Within The Provided Financial Resources By The Contracting Authority For The Respective Calendar Year, For Which Specific Contracts Will Be Concluded. Place Of Performance For Both Lots: Military Formation 52370 - Negushevo.
