The Order Is With The Object Of Delivery And Includes Delivery By Buying Personal Protective Equipment For Work At Height - The Whole Body Safety Belts For Work At Height And With The Kit To Them, The Safety Belts For The Whole Body For Work At Difficult Access And The Accessory To Them, The Resources For Work At The Height, Positioning The Belts And The Access To Them. The Goods Subject To Delivery For This Public Procurement Must Be Delivered To The Warehouses Of The Contracting Authority, In A Forecast Volume As Follows: - Whole Body Safety Belts For Height Work And Accession To Them - 179; - Whole Body Safety Belts For Height Work With Difficult Access And Accession To Them - 240 Pcs.; - Emergency Rescue Remedies For Work At A Height - 20; - Positioning Belts And Accessories To Them - 40 Pcs. The Contracting Authority May Order With A Delivery Order Separate Positions From The Harness Equipment, A Positioning Belt, And The Funds For Emergency Rescue When Working At A Height, With A Description Of The Number Of Each Item And The Place Of Delivery. The Deliveries Will Be Made After Sending A Delivery Order By The Contracting Authority With A Specified Delivery Location And A Description Of The Numbers Of The Different Types Of Items. The Term Of The Contract Is 4 (Four) Years, And During The Operation Of The Contract, The Deliveries Will Be Made After Sending A Delivery Order By The Contracting Authority With A Specified Place Of Delivery And A Description Of The Numbers Of The Different Types Of Articles. The Delivery Time Of The Goods To Each Individual Delivery Order Shall Be No More Than 90 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission Of A Specific Delivery Order By The Contracting Authority. The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Goods, Which Are The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Should Be At Least 24 Months From The Date Of The Acceptance And Transfer Protocol For The Acceptance Of The Goods Delivered Under The Contract. Each Participant Is Obliged To Submit One Piece Of Articles As Follows: 1. The Whole Body Belt For Height Work With Difficult Access - 1 Piece; 2. Whole Body Belt For Height Work - 1 Piece; The Samples Will Be Used For Their Visual Examination, For Compliance With The Parameters Embedded In The Technical Specifications For Each Item Of Section Ii Technical Requirements. As A Result Of These Studies, The Integrity And Commercial Appearance Of The Samples Will Not Be Disturbed. Samples Are Accepted In The Office Of The Address Of The Contracting Authority: Sofia - 1618, 201 Tsar Boris Iii Blvd. The Samples Shall Be Opened At A Public Meeting Of The Commission Under Art. 103, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, At Which The Candidates Or Participants In The Procedure Or Their Authorized Representatives May Be Present, As Well As Representatives Of The Mass Media.
