The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: The Implementation Of Ongoing Repairs Activities In An Existing Rim-Pleven Building In The Exposition Spaces Of The Collections Of Ethnography, The Revival And The New History. A Structural Opinion Has Been Prepared By A Civil Engineer (For Objects In The Hypothesis Of Article 151 On The Spatial Planning Act) That The Planned Current Repair Activities Do Not Affect The Construction Of The Building And Are Classified As An Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act - Art. 151 And Additional Provisions §5, Item 43 Of The Spa. The Activities Are Funded By Funds Under The Bg16fpr003-1.001-0006 Project Downloading The Automotive Flow Outside The Csc In Order To Provide Easier And Faster Transport Access To The Historical Core, Integration Of Green Measures Into Open Public Spaces For Culture And Tourism, Procedure Bg16fpr003-1.001 Support For Growth, Program Regions Development 2021-2027, Funded Under Administrative Contract No. Rd-02-29-823/25.07.2025. For Direct Grant Provision (No In Mis 2020 Bg16fpr003-1.001-0006-C01/ 25.07.2025), As Rim-Pleven, As A Project Partner. Current Repair Activities Are Carried Out In The Exposition Spaces Of The Collections Of Ethnography, Revival And New History-Existing Premises In The Building Of Rim-Pleven, Which Is A Monument Of Culture Real Cultural Value Of National Importance (Announced In A List Of 29.01.1979/ Letter No. 5675 Of 15.12.1989). In Order To Preserve The Artifacts And Exhibits That Are Exposed In These Collections, The Activities Will Be Awarded In Stages By The Contracting Authorities By The Contracting Authority For The Individual Exposition Spaces. The Activities For The Current Repair Are Assigned By Separate Contracts For Each Exposure Space, In Which The Contracting Authority Mentions A Reasonable Time For Implementation Of The Activities For The Specific Space And Invites The Contractor For The Purpose Of Assessing The Necessary Materials And Labor For The Specific Award. The Period For Each Award Runs From The Date Of The Award Letter And Ends With The Acceptance Of The Completed Activities On The Specific Award. The Total Deadline For Implementation Of The Current Repair Activities For The Subject Of The Contract Is 24 Months, Calculated From The Sum Of The Deadlines For Implementation Of The Individual Award, And The Deadline For Implementation Of The Activities Is Not Later Than 31.12.2027.
