    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is To Provide Services For The Preparation And Delivery Of Fresh Food Prepared According To Collection Of Dietary Dishes For Catering And Medical And Prophylactic Establishments From 1984 To The Mnz And The Delivery Of Bread, Pasta And Other Food Products For Patients And Staff Of Fourth Mbal-Sofia-Sofia. Deliveries Must Be Made By The Hospitals Food Unit. Deliveries Should Be Made Twice Daily /Lunch - From 11.00 To 12.00 And Dinner And Breakfast For The Next Day - From 15.30 To 16.30 Hours /. The Volume Of The Order Is Directly Related To The Number Of Patients And The Need To Feed Them During Their Residence At The Medical Establishment. The Capacity Of The Hospital Is 75 / Seventy-Five / Hospital Beds, With Its Employment Varying At Different Periods Between 40-70%. The Contractor Should Be Able To Provide The Nutrition For All Patients, As Well As Provide The Food For Staff. The Estimated Number Of Food For A One -Year Period, Calculated On Average Annual Employment Of Hospital Beds Of 55%, Is Equal To 15 056 Food Per Year. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Methodology For Evaluating The Tenders, The Requirements For The Personal Status And The Criteria For The Selection Of The Participants, As Well As The Instructions For The Preparation Of The Tenders And The Conduct Of The Procedure Are Available In The Attachments To The Public Procurement.
