Important! Participants May Submit Tenders Only For Lots № 1, 2, 3 And 4, And Each Participant Can Submit An Offer For No More Than Two Lots. The Following Activities Are Included Within The Subject Of The Lots: Activity 1 - Exercise Construction Supervision Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction, According To The Spa And The Technical Specification; Performing The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Work, Incl. The Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance. Activity 2 - Preparation Of A Technical Passport Activity 3 - Preparation Of A Final Construction Report The Buildings Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are The Fourth Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4 Of The Spa. The Description Of The Activities For Each Lot Is Made In The Relevant Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation In This Public Procurement. The Rest Of The Contract According To Lots, № 5, № 6 And № 7, The Contracting Authority Will Assign In Accordance With The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Estimated Value Of Each Separate Position Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - Direct Award.
