    The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) The Contractors Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Fire Signaling System At The Nbp District Branch In Rzeszów At Al. Armii Krajowej 86, 2) Exercise Of As -Built Documentation And Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of Property Rights To This Documentation, 3) Granting The Necessary Licenses For The Use Of Software, 4) Conducting Instruction In The Field Of Operating The Control Panel, Monitoring And Analysis Of Events, Settings Configuration, Programming And Management, System Headquarters For At Least 4 People Indicated By The Contracting Authority, 5) Periodic Warranty And Maintenance Of The System, During The 3-Year Warranty Period From The Date Of Signing Without Reservation Of The Final Acceptance Report Of Installation Works. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Technical And Executive Documentation Owned By The Ordering Party Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract.
