Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of A Heat Source In A Kindergarten Building In The Town

Task No. 1-Modernization Of The Heat Source In The Kindergarten Building In Koźminiec From The Coal Boiler For Heat Pumps The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction And Instrumental Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Heat Source-Intimidation Of The Existing Coal Boiler For A Renewable Energy Source, Which Is The Air Heat Pump In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting The Attachment To The Procedure. The Source Of Heat For The Existing Building Will Be A Cascade Of Two Air-Water Heat Pumps With Heating Power Q = 12.3Kw And Cop 3.8 At A2/W35 According To En 14511. The Contractor Will Remove And Utilize The Existing Coal Boiler With Accessories, Will Renovate The Boiler Room, And Replace The Cable Between The Main Switchgear And The Cable Connector And The Measuring Connector Existing Switchgear By Building Additional Protection In The Form Of A 3F C63 Overcurrent Switch. The Contractor Will Install A Local Switchgear Min. 60 Modular In The Room Heat Pump In The Design Documentation. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Measurements And Attempts, The Results Of Which Will Be Provided With The Ordering Party Together With The Receiving Documentation. All Cable Passages Through Building Partitions Should Be Made In Protective Sleeves Sealed With A Permanently Plastic Kit. As Part Of The Renovation Of The Boiler Room, The Contractor Will Reflect The Steed Parts Of The Plaster From The Walls Will Prime And Supplement The Defects. Then He Will Strengthen The Walls With A Mesh And Performs On The Walls And Ceiling Of Plaster Coat Along With Priming And Double Painting-Color To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Implementation. On The Floor, The Contractor Will Complement Defects After Removing The Boiler And Accessories And Equalize Any Unevenness And After Prime The Floor Surface Will Arrange The Tiles On The Entire Floor Of The Floor Along With The Plinth On The Walls. On The Ceiling, The Contractor Will Install A New Led Lighting Fitting. Attention!! Didactic Classes Will Take Place During Construction Works In The Building. The Contractors Duty Is To Make Every Effort To Secure And Access, As Well As The Construction Site And The Place Of Storage Of Materials Against Uncontrolled Invasion Of Bystanders, In Particular Children.
