Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. Scope Of Works: A) Foundation Wall Insulation) Demolition Of The Outbuilding C) Insulation Of Dachud) Thermomodernization Of External Walls E) Accompanying And Finishing Works 2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes Project Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities. 3. Rules For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: 1) Obligations Of The Parties; 2) Participants Of The Investment Process; 3) Deadlines4) Rules For The Implementation And Settlement Of Works; 5) Suspension Of Works; 6) Types Of Acceptance And Rules For Carrying Out Them; 7) Quality Control - Disclosure And Removal Of Defects And Defects; 8) Contractual Penalties; 9) Contractors Remuneration And Payment Principles; 10) Changes; They Were Specified In Detail In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 8 To Swz.5. The Contractors Remuneration Is Cost-And-Billing. 6. The Contractor Will Be Settled For The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place With A Partial Invoice (Based On The As -Built Cost Estimate And Partial Acceptance Protocol Performed Works) And/Or The Final Invoice After Completing All Works And Their Receipt By The Ordering Party [Based On The As -Built Cost Estimate Based On The Actual Performance Of The Number Of Works Approved By The Contracting Authority (Investor Supervision Inspector) And Unit Prices Resulting From The Offer Cost Estimate, On The Basis Of A Disagreement Protocol Of Final Acceptance]. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Work In A Manner Minimizing Nuisance For Building Users And Neighboring Plot (Building Ul. Czernichowska 2) 11. The Warranty - The Length Of The Warranty Period And Warranty For Completed Construction Works As Well As The Supplied And Built -In Materials Is A Minimum Period Of 60 Months, And The Maximum Period Of 72 Months From The Signing Of The Non -Adhesive Final Acceptance Protocol. Above The Period Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers. 12. The Contractor Should Have An Insurance Policy That He Is Insured Against All Risk And Liability Related To The Performance Of The Contract. 13. The Employer Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers.
