Tenders Are Invited For Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Playground In Gromnik

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Playground In Gromnik. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Demolition Works, Protection Of The Existing Gas And Water Supply Infrastructure, Construction Of Retaining Walls, Making The Surface Of The Playground, Fence, Greenery, Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Equipment, Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Facilities. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Technical Design, Plot Development Project, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And Bill Of Quantities. 3. Final Remarks:  The Contracting Authority Informs That The Investment Is Located In The Strict Conservation Zone, Its Implementation Will Take Place Taking Into Account The Conditions Set Out In The Permit Of The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments (The Content Of The Permit Is Annex 10 To Swz).  The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Based On Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Execution And Receipt Of Works Specified In Stwiorb, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Standards, Standards, Principles Of Construction Art, Professional Ethics And Conditions Of The Draft Contract /Annex No. 7 /,  Contractor On His Own. Works The Contractor Will Maintain The Construction Area Without Communication And Will Remove And Store All Auxiliary Devices On Its Own And At Its Own Expense,  The Contractor Will Bear Full Responsibility For Damage And Consequences Of The Unfortunate Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties, And Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried Out During The Date Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Area By The Contractor Until The End Of The Contractor. 4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation, If In The Swz And Attachments To Swz, I.E. In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Or Equivalent Expression, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, Which The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
