4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Investment Entitled Renovation Of The Roof Structure Of The Municipal Building In Pobiedziska, Ul. Czerniejewska 4A, Entered In The Register Of Monuments. 4.2. The Task Includes Renovation Of The Roof Structure Of A Residential Building, Located At Pobiedziska, Ul. Czerniejewska 4A. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Pobiedziska Commune, In The Poznań Poviat, In The City Of Pobiedziska. Construction Works Will Take Place On The Ground Property Marked In The Land And Building Records As Plot 92/1, Sheet 26, Pobiedziska Precinct And On Journal Of Laws 67, 100, Sheet. 26. As Part Of The Task, There Will Be A Renovation Of The Structure Along With Replacement Of Roofing And Roofing Joinery, Repair Of The Ceiling, Chimneys, Lightning Installation And Correction Of The Room Ventilation System. Residential Building At Ul. Czerniejewska 4A In Pobiedziska Is A Monument, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Position 1156/A Of 19.06.1970.4.3. The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular:  Fence And Securing The Construction Site;  Demolition Of Roofing, Truss Elements, Damaged Structural Elements Of Gutters And Trigger Pipes, Prussian Wall In The Attic And Roof Windows;  Repair Of The Ceiling Along With The Thermal And Sound Insulation;  Replacement Of The Gutters Of Trigger Pipes;  Replacement Of Roofing With Roof Tiles - Ceramic Carp In Lace;  Replacement Of Windows;  Replacement; Lightning Protection Installation;  Performing New Flashings;  Dismantling And Remedy Of Chimneys;  Works Related To Ventilation Chimneys;  Waste Disposal.
