Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Asbestos From Real Estate Located In The Grodziczno Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service In The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From Real Estate Located In The Grodziczno Commune. 2. The Task Is Implemented As Part Of The Priority Program National Program For The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products And Will Be Co -Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Olsztyn And The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Disassembly, Paletling, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos Containing Products From 8 Properties With An Expected Amount Of 14.93 Tons; 2) Palette, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From 61 Properties With An Expected Amount Of 209.92 Tons; 4. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) Disassembly, Palpation, Transport And Disposal At The Landfill Of Asbestos Waste Containing Asbestos From Real Estate Located In The Grodziczno Commune; 2) The Planned Amount To Remove Asbestos -Containing Products May Decrease As Long As The Owners Of The Property Depart From Participation In Funding; 3) A List The Applicant After Signing The Contract; 4) The Scope Of The Work And The Date Of Their Performance Will Each Time Will Be Determined By The Representative Of The Contractor With The Owner Of The Property; 5) The Contractor Becomes The Manufacturer And The Owner Of All Waste Resulting From The Work, Which Confirms In The Waste Record Card And The Waste Transfer Card; 6) The Contractor Provides The Contracting Card For The Waste Transfer To The Landfill, Which The Lecturer Has Permission To Dispose Of This Type Of Waste. 5. The Submitted Offer Should Include The Costs Of The Entire Scope Of The Task. 6. The Contractor Will Perform The Service In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect. The Scope Of The Service Includes Pailing, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos -Containing Products From Real Estate Located In The Grodziczno Commune, In The Amount Declared By The Property Owners, Corrected By The Actual Value Determined During Weighing, Using The Provisions Specified In The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Modes Of Documents Specified In Art. 67 Above Act Drawn Up Via Bdo. 7. The Work Will Be Performed By Persons With Appropriate Permissions. 8. On The Basis Of A Declaration Submitted By Those Interested In Real Estate Owners, The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos -Containing Products Intended For Removal Is A Total Of 224.85 Ton.9. Settlement Of Remuneration Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Actual Weight Of Products In Accordance With The Complex Price Offer. 10. The Invoice Will Be Issued To The Ordering Party Based On The Actual Number Of Received Asbestos From The Property, Multiplied By The Unit Price In Accordance With The Complex Price Offer. 11.
