3 The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Warranty Care, Service And Post -Way Care, Which Include The Modules Listed Below, To Which The Employer Has Indefinite Licenses And Will Acquire A New License For Ksef Functionality During The Contract:  Erp.Bud - Project Management,  Erp.Epit - Electronic Signature,  Erp. Reports,  Erp.Zla-Release,  Erp.Fk-Finance Accounting,  Erp.Fkrm-Interior Settlements,  Erp.Hrppk-Settlements Between The Interpreted Purchases,  Erp.Hrumcp-Civil-Legal Contracts,  Erp.Info-Info,  Erp.Jp Control,  Erp.Mt - Permanent Property,  Erp.Obd - Circulation Of Documents In Freight Trade,  Erp.Ot - Trade In Freight,  Erp.Per - Staff,  Erp.Porport - Server Of Reports Personnel,  Erp.Spr_Vat - Vat Check,  Erp.Ksef - Ksef Service; B) And Post-Imaginable For Additional Modules And Solutions Dedicated To Implemented At The Employer; C) Warranty Care, Service And Post-Freecase Care For Mobile Applications M-Edude And M-M-Worker; D) Conducting Implementation Works For Ksef Functional Functionality Together With Providing A License (Indefinite) And A License Key As Well As Service Care At The Time Of The Contract. Functionality. Implementation Works Together With The Provision Of A License And A License Key Will Be Implemented No Later Than By 31.12.2025. The Implementation Of The Abovementioned The Scope Of The Order Will Be Confirmed By The Contracting Authority With The Signing Of The Work Acceptance Report, Which Will Be The Basis For The Contractor To Issue An Invoice. The Functionality Of Ksefs Should Enable The Employer To Properly Support The National E -Invoice System (Hereinafter Referred To As Ksef), In Accordance With The Requirements Of Laws And Ordinances Of The Ministry Of Finance) Option: The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase The Scope Of The Order For Post -Way Care Services Over The Package Of Hours Provided For As Part Of The Basic Order - Law -Right - In The Maximum Dimension Of 50 Working Hours. The Method Of Implementation And The Principles Of Receiving The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In The Relevant Provisions, Which Will Be Introduced To The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Service And The Supplied Ksef Module Meets All Functional, Technical And License Requirements Specified In Annex 3 To Swz.5. The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer. 6. The Contractor, Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Show That The Ksef Module He Offers Will Be Compatible With Simple.Erp Software And Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 3 To Swz. 7.
