    Work Detail

    4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Securing, Receiving, Transporting And Transferring Asbestos Containing Waste With Codes 17 06 01* And 17 06 05*, From Real Estate Located In The Commune Of Leśna Podlaska, Indicated By The Contracting Authority. As Part Of The Order, It Is Expected To Be Removed About 256 Mg Of Asbestos -Containing Products From 46 Real Estate. 4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Organization And Securing The Premises Of The Contract; 2) Against Waste Transport - Securing Waste In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Respect; 3) Weighing The Waste Indicated For Collection; 4) Confirmation Of Waste Acceptance From The Applicant Through A Waste Collection Protocol Containing Asbestos From Each Object, Signed By The Applicant And The Contractor, Drawn Up According To Annex No. 2 To The Contract. The Acceptance Protocol Must Include A Contractors Statement About The Correctness Of Work While Maintaining The Relevant Technical And Sanitary Regulations, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions Of Safe Use And Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2004 No. 71, Item 649, As Amended); 5) Waste, 6) Transport, Transfer And Utilization Of Collected Waste At The Landfill Authorized To Dispose Of Asbestos Waste.
