1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Review Of Mast And Antenna Systems For The Needs Of The Wielkopolska Voivodship Office In Poznań. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Service And Method Of Implementation Was Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 4 To Swz. 3. In Order To Maintain The Confidentiality Of The Information Contained In The List Of Masts Location, The Ordering Party Pursuant To The Provision Of Art. 280 Para. 3 Of The Act, Does Not Provide Them On The Website. The Receipt Of The Documents Takes Place After The Contractor Sent A Completed And Signed Declaration Of Confidentiality To The Contracting Authority - Annex 8 To Swz. 4. All Materials Used To Perform The Order Must Be Full -Fledged And Have Current Quality Certificates, Admission Certificates, Security Certificates, Corporate Declarations Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Relevant Provisions. 5. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party Min. 12 -Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damages Arising In The Area Of ​​Works And/Or In Connection With These Works, Including Damage/Destruction Of External Installations, Etc. In The Event Of Any Damage Due To The Contractors Fault, He Is Obliged To Inform The Contracting Authority And Repair The Damage At His Own Expense And At His Own Responsibility. 7. The Required Scope Of Services Should Be Realized With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Requirements, Generally Applicable Standards, Devices And Equipment Instructions. 8. Before Starting The Work, The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With A List Of Employees Performing The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Update The List Of Employees On A Regular Basis, In Case Of Any Changes In Employment. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Contracting Authority Each Time The Date Of The Work On Each Of The Masts. 10. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act: The Contracting Authority Requires That All Persons Performing Inspections Be Employed Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor;
